Thanks for reaching out! I’m guessing shipping charges would be close to what Arrow headers would cost unfortunately . How do you like them? Still running the stock muffler with the Arrow headers?

I believe I may have finally found the answer. It appears to me, that it is what is left from a GPR steering dampener kit. I likely will never need it, so I’d rather have the stock handlebar mounts so I can remove these from the bike and get some ROX risers. Does anyone have stock handlebar...
