Ha. Wish I would have read this thread (especially Twisities comment) before I ordered that adapter. Bright side is that I only burned through one 3 amp fuse. Buyer beware on this cig to Powerlet adapter on the S10.

I actually took the plunge and purchased the Hepco Becker lock-it side racks from Caribou Cases (link below). I checked with Altrider and they said that the HB rack would work with the Hemisphere soft panniers. Thanks to everybody for their input...

Hi Langolier. I purchased the Saddleman seat cover and kept it on during rainstorms and when it was raining over night.

Had the Adventure seat on my old GS ADV for a 4,000 mile, 14 day trip through the Western U.S. I can honestly say that I didn't feel any pain the whole trip. I'm saving my shekels for the same seat for my Tenere.
