Supposed to be that thin one at the bottom as well, Springs are not perfectly square and will wander off center if not held correctly on both ends.
Look at the RT site for your bike and you will notice there are two spacers listed not just one.
SPSC B5855N which should be at the bottom and SPSC...
When installing a new aftermarket spring you need a bushing at the bottom to keep the spring centered on the lower spring seat. I have no idea if RT put one in or not as I don't see that section. If not installed the spring can sit off center and cause issues.

Another option is shorten the travel of the shock using spacers inside the shock and while in there have it revalved and resprung for your weight.
The OEM shock can be rebuilt/revalved with no issues and lowered internally as well.

If you want just the oil seal it is OSB 43K, If you want the kit with one dust and one oil then it is KITB-43K.
I have tested several seals and the SKF had the least stiction of any. They also seal the best IMO even over NOK.
