Hello, my name is Dirt_Dad, I am homeless and down to three motorcycles

We had a place like that in Denver for a while, it was as good as it sounds…..no maintenance, no mowing, no shoveling snow, nothing…the HOA did all exterior maintenance

Hello, my name is Dirt_Dad, I am homeless and down to three motorcycles

We were in the same boat until yesterday, slept on a mattress on the floor in the new place down south, finally made it sold the Colorado house a couple of times, last one stuck….the market is so hot everyone puts offers just to hold options, then pull out and keep their earnest money and...

    Custom seats and pads

may also want to look into bicycle riding shorts with the pads Amazon Link I wear them under my riding pants and have had great success for several long rides/trips....I also had a Corbin seat, but the combo was great specifically these which are also great when you stop to just wear around...

    New from Colorado

well look who's back.... 2012 Tenere vs Nissan Altima....perhaps she won, but I was pretty spectacular in the air, however I did NOT stick the landing.... Pic one I landed over on the crosswalk back there about 40 feet no worries i was unhurt, the bike was totaled and I stupidly bought a...

    Hand going numb?

Look into a set of grip puppies It is likely the vibration in the bars causing it, and there are a number of things you can do, but grip puppies are the cheapest first step. Different handlebars, thicker grips, heavier end weights etc etc.

Don't miss rides in Colorado (possibly also Utah and Wyoming)

Yeah I lived in Colorado most of my life and just recently moved to Alabama for work. Not the greatest move for motorcycling, but whattya gonna do? If you have any questions about anything, just inbox me or whatever, glad to help you put passes and routes together to get the best bang for...

Alpine Loop: https://www.codot.gov/travel/scenic-byways/southwest/alpine-loop if you just stick to Animas Forks and Cinnamon Pass, the wife should be fine. There are a few spots where it takes a willingness to throttle through stuff, no water crossings, just a couple of sort of steep parts...

Don't miss rides in Colorado (possibly also Utah and Wyoming)

another good afternoon ride: from Ft Carson to Woodland Park, Rampart Range Road and loop back via 67, or vice versa, and back to Ft Carson...Rampart Range Rd is dirt, but again easy dirt/fire road https://goo.gl/maps/SfFPe Ft Carson to Mt Evans, Highest paved road in North America...

Don't miss rides in Colorado (possibly also Utah and Wyoming)

Knowing that you will be at Ft Carson makes a difference location/route wise, a buddy of mine is a company commander in 10th Group. There are basically 4 routes West from the front range: I-70 out of Denver, an interstate, still has very scenic portions especially through Glenwood Canyon 285...

How much time do you have to ride? Is it a basecamp and ride all day situation or like on your way through ? Southwestern Colorado is the pinnacle

    Avocations other than the motorcycle

I dig the EVH Guitar, I've been thinking about getting one of the black and white ones myself.... Did you win the signed guitar or something? I ask only because I have noticed that people always seem to have a really cheap signed guitar, like someone ran to guitar center and bought the...
