A note on the G2 Throttle tamer: I have it installed with after market heated grips on my 2012. Not sure if it works with newer bikes with Yamaha heated grips. It was a specific part for my 2012 though, so check the G2 website to see if they list on for your bike if it's different than mine. 8)

Yes, this is true, It does feel like Tour mode is somewhat more pathetic, but it was nothing to talk about before the throttle tamer. I wouldn't say it's useless at all, but of course it's gonna be affected. Just have to twist a little harder and faster if needed. It's not a problem for me...

When replaing the 2012 side stand with the newer one, did the new stand just bolt up with the 2012 hardware? Or do we need to get the new spring, bolt, switch or any other related parts? Thanks.
