I literally fitted everything loose and then tightened up when I was happy with the fit. They fit. I could have lightly indented the upper hoop to clear the givi but in over 12000 miles I have not needed anything.

I looked at it for a bit and then decided to try to get it done. They bolted right on. Look good imho, and work well
