Arthritis has a big chunk of my life...............2 new knees multiple back and neck surgeries, ets. for the hands I go to the vet and buy DMSO gel and it helps a lot; just don't pick your nose with that hand!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck and keep riding!!! :) :) :) :) :)

Lots of good dirt roads around : Jerome to Williams through the forest. If near Williams, a ride up to the Bill Williams fire lookout......360 view that is awesome! .also road 300 on top of the Mogollon Rim. I am camping in the woods near Williams 'til Oct 2nd if yur up this way. Enjoy, Dave
