On the heated gear see if Gerbings (which I highly recommend their stuff) will overnight you one of their heated liners...either to your house or a place along your route

I've got the SW Motec bars installed and put a cheap pair of pegs on them. Works fine to give these old knees another position before the bladder screams STOP :P
Welcome.....I came to the S10 from FLHTC ....I do miss the ergos for mile eating on the hiway but that's the problem...only really good for the hiway.....so we sacrifice the comfort for the ability to go anywhere...and the easier maintenance and the reliability.... :P
back on topic boys.....on that last picture with the filter "sock" wouldn't that be a replaceable item??? can it be bought / found on a parts list?

just a FYI
be cautious in not getting toooo carried away cranking on spokes to get a wheel to be 'flat" in the lateral plane and then end up with it being oval....
one thing to remember is to not do all the movement with a few spokes but to true over a section of wheel so that it stays in the...
