Here in CA I just keep my toll pass in my jacket pocket or my map holder if using my tank bag.

I use Rox pivot risers to get the bars closer to me. Works great. I also considered the Rox offset risers. If I recall correctly they have some that bring the bars 1" closer to you. Hope this helps.
