OTR did not point out that the switch works ass backwards. To me on is on, meaning the ABS is working, off would mean it's disabled. Thank you all for your help. certainly explains why the ABS light stayed lit in the on position.
ABS OFF SWITCH
Has anyone had any experience with the ABS switch that OTR offers? I have one installed but with the ABS switch in the ON position the ABS light stays on which would normally indicate an error. With the switch disconnected and the fuse back in place the system works normally...

I've done part of the trip. Rode into the park and went out towards Masonic but took a wrong turn and looped back into Bridgeport. I have better maps now and plan to try it again. I was hoping someone had made a similar trip. Park Rangers were cool gave us a little info and no grief.
Planning a ride through Bodie State Park from Bridgeport CA and hitting the other ghost towns of Masonic, Auroa, Fletcher and Sweetwater. Has anyone else made that trip and can add some advice/tips. Map looks like you can ride all the way out to Hawthrone Nevada.
