I bought a S10 a while ago to do some touring in a cost effective manner around my country.
There is nothing quite like seeing the country from the back of a motorcycle saddle.
The S10 seemed to best value for money in terms of reliability, cost and also not a huge dependancy on electronics as some of the newer bikes and other makes.
I carry a pillion and that was also a consideration for stabiltiy on the highways coupled with its off-road capabilities in line with my abilities and needs.
