That wasn't a covid test. . . . that was a pregnancy test. Hope the rabbit didn't die.My covid test went very smooth today. Nothing more than a finger prick and wait 10 minutes for the results.

It was a month ago that we weren't feeling well and also tested. If it was a month ago and you’ve recovered the Covid test should be negative if that’s what you had. Only the antibody blood test can show if you had it or not.

I think that may have been an antibody test.My covid test went very smooth today. Nothing more than a finger prick and wait 10 minutes for the results.
I'm not a medical professional, but the medical assistant that did mine told me it was the most accurate of any of the tests because the blood is evaluated right away in house. The swap tests are sent out and not as accurate. I knew within 10 minutes my results. The strange tests were the EKG and full blood panel screening. I'm right at the age group where they are a prerequisite to any surgeryYeah. . . . 'cuz everybody I know, has had their brain stabbed. Which, to me, is kinda BS. If they have to push the q-tip that far up to get a sample. . . . it must be trapped pretty good up there. How is covid getting out to infect others. Seems that they should be able to just swirl it around just inside a nostril. They don't shove the q-tip down your throat to get a DNA sample. (not debating covid, just the testing process)

You might need to do some fact checking. I think your medical assistant is telling fantasy stories. So many fake facts around. I work in a major hospital and the stories we hear like yours are amazing. You had an antibody test that is used for screening. It has a large error factor and potentially tells you if you had the disease at some time. Don't trust me though, please do the research.I'm not a medical professional, but the medical assistant that did mine told me it was the most accurate of any of the tests because the blood is evaluated right away in house. A lot of things in the medical community are hearsay. I just am passing information that was told to me. I got a COVID antibody test, and was cleared for surgery. The way it was explained to me is the swab test can only check for active COVID-19 . It cannot check if you were previously infected or the strength of your antibodies to the virus or any kind of infection other than the virus. At no time was I told that this test was to check if I actually had the active virus. You might need to do some fact checking. I think your medical assistant is telling fantasy stories. Masking and distancing are relatively easy, and have to help. To what extent? Who knows. I put them in the same category as helmets, seat belts, and other protective clothing/gear. Not a guarantee, but silly not to use. People are acting better now, 'cuz shit got real.. . . . I wear a mask and distance for other people sake. The masks aren't 100% and distancing isn't either. Together they have to help. . . . People seem to have calmed down and show each other a little more respect now.
