Hi new member but long time reader of this forum and just registered for help on my stock 2012 S10 with 27,000 miles
I'm getting a code 60 and no start condition cranks but wont run.
This happened after changing out the CCT for the updated unit. I did not start the bike prior but it ran well 2 weeks ago.
I have a factory service manual and have read and tested.
1. Good fuse and power to ETV.
2. continuity tested ecu plug to and from servo motor wires measures 183 ohm on red/blk wire, .4 ohm on gry/grn wire
3. with key on I have 2.1 +/- volts at red/blk wire
4. tested servo motor with 3.1volts of Duracell power and the throttle blades open.
5. with key on I hear a high pitched whine at servo motor?
6. anyone know how the servo motor grounds? I believe its through the ecu?
I'm now at a loss as to what to check next and would appreciate any help.
