They are out there. This one is no where near water. It's on a hilltop on a back road in Central Texas.Guess folks in the middle States will have to sit this one out.

Why, there are a lot more representations of lighthouses than you may initially think. Lighthouse churches, lighthouse yard ornaments, etc.Guess folks in the middle States will have to sit this one out.

I don't know. I was riding West out of Kerrville one day. Came around a curve and in the middle of a nowhere field, was Stonehenge. No signs, nothing. It's since been moved into Kerrville along with a few Moai. Still, not what you'd expect to find in Texas. So, a lighthouse? Should be pretty easy.Guess folks in the middle States will have to sit this one out.

Love the wolf crossing sign. On the road to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon there's a cougar crossing sign. I tried to get my wife to pose beside it. She refused.
