Yamaha Super Tenere 2011 (1st Gen) Nav Bar for Garmin Zumo 396

Hello fellow S10 riders
I hope this time of the year is treating you all well. I have my Garmin Zumo 396 currently mounted to my handlebars (as per the photo) which is okay but would ideally would love to mount it middle of the windscreen. What are you guys currently using to mount or should i just rather leave the mounting where it is?

Madstad adjustable windshield Mount with cross bar is what I use. Have both my phone and Garmin mounted to the crossbar with Ram mounts.
I like having it out front because you can see everything with a quick look down.
