I got a Seat concepts a few years ago. It wasn’t any better than the recovered stocker for me. YMMV. I sent it to Terry’s custom seats. It’s SO much better now. He had a seat pan. So no waiting to get it back to ride.

I am surprised by this reply, I bought a seat concept seat about 6 months ago for my Gen2 and the difference between stock was night and day. The seat concept seat is much higher at the front, so I no longer slide up to the gas tank when riding, made touching the floor a little more challenging, and the seat was a big improvement for comfort and ride, I had to start fidgeting after about 40 minutes on the stock seat, I can go 3 hours on the seat concept before I need to move around. For the money I thought it was a great improvement..

I had a Seat Concepts on my last S10. Much better than the stock seat, but not as good as the Terry Adcox seat I have on my current S10. Good bang for the buck.

Still looking. I contacted Terry. Nice stuff. I am not a fan of the bucket style seats. Tried a Russell on my GS years ago. Very comfortable when sitting in the bucket. But, did not allow me to move around to stretch out etc.

I have a Seat Concepts seat that has never been installed, cover and foam still brandnew in the box, yes it’s for sale if anyone is interested .

A friend has a Seat Concepts seat so we traded seats one day for a couple hundred miles, yes Seat Concepts was definitely an improvement over the stock seat but I still wasn’t satisfied so I never installed the brandnew in the box one on my bike, I bought a used Corbin instead, as long as I’m not riding rough roads the Corbin is comfortable for me, on rough roads the Corbin is to hard.
I put 500 miles on a friends Russel Day Long seat and other than being a little to tall for me the Russel is great and I plan on buying one someday.

Seats are a very difficult thing a seat that’s perfect for one rider is sometimes trash for the next rider, my opinion the best motorcycle seat ever is the stock seat on my Honda Goldwing but there are plenty of riders that hate that seat.

Is the seat still for sale?
If your asking about the Seat Concepts Tenere seat I offered for sale, no it’s gone and actually delivered to forum member Weld86 yesterday by UPS, took about 7 days to get from Wisconsin to California.

Thank you for getting back. No worries. Doing the flat seat mode next to see if I can get away with it.
