Hey all.....Does anybody have a spare side panel for the battery side sitting around that you might want to part with? I just noticed the top right quick connect tab broke on mine. I'm going to TRY and super glue it, but need an option if it won't hold. Also might be looking for the piece that covers the air intake as that has a piece broken as well. My bike is a '13 in matte grey but the side panel is black obviously. Thanks!

Rather than super glue, you might consider going to Harbor Freight or checking out Amazon to pick up a plastic welder. They aren't too expensive and I have seen people do wonders with them... that or JB Weld the crap out of it.

I would suggest JB Weld, go with the slow set, stuff is tough as nails. Make sure you clean the parts with rubbing alcohol after you use a fine grit, such as 220 sandpaper just to rough up the area lightly and clean off any dirt and grease.

J-B Plastic Weld quick setting epoxy is what I would recommend, I’ve used it several times with excellent results. Several places carry it, I usually buy it at Walmart for about $5.00 in the automotive section.
I’m actually planning to use it again today to repair a tab on Goldwing that been broken for a couple years.
