Does anyone have a diagram of the wiring they could send me?

2012 preferred but ill take any other than 10 and 11

Chasing a code 19 i suspect the main switch my 2010 service manual doesnt show the same wiring as the bike i have. I got 5 coming off the switch 2010 shows 3 wires.

Code 19 and a no start? 19 is supposed to be the side stand switch. Key on, code 19 showing, no start, reach down to the wire bundle coming from the ignition switch and wiggle the harness as much as you can. If/when code 19 goes away she'll start. Suspect corrosion in the switch. Mine did it several times over a couple weeks then stopped doing it on it's own. Mine and others have had it happen. I have a spare switch in my parts box in case it should do it again. That will work for the US non security key bikes.

Kinda it is the signal wire for the ecu really. I suspect there's another off the ignition. Ive completely disassembled the ign switch cleaned the contacts and relubed. It was pretty dirty i could see how it could be the issue. It was intermittent so hard to tell. Cycling the ignition always got it to go away.

Ive check out a few other wiring diagrams for other yamahas and they show a signal wire going to the ecu from the main ign. I suspect its the same with the tenere but need to see a wiring diagram to figure it out for sure.

Just want to update this for anyone that it may help.

Code 19

Its the black and red wire off the ecu, side stand switch, neutral switch, and the main switch is inline no where on the wiring diagram does it show this on the 12 or 14 diagrams and any i suspect for security purposes.

The main switch is inline first, so if you have a code 19 and the bike wont start in neutral i would test the main switch its the 2 blue wires.

Mine was very dirty and wouldn't make a good connection occasionally. Lucky you can drill out the 2 security bolts on the bottom and clean/regrease the main switch contact and or tumbler. (do both)

Just wanted to make this know. I had to do a bit of research and testing to sort this out. It could be a issue for a few bikes down the road especially any that see dirt, hard weather, or even some age. Ive seen a few people say that some dealers couldn't sort it out either.

To sum it up!

Code 19

The main switch has 2 blue wires inline with the black and red wire off the ecu before the starting relay. You wont see it in any of the wiring diagrams that ive been able to find.

I am going to fit Denali D4 lights with Data Dim to my 2014 Tenere. I have to connect the trigger wire to the main beam wire to activate the full intensity of the lights .
I believe I have read on this forum that the wire I'm looking for is pink. Anyone out there with a wiring diagram they could forward . Thanks
