Hey, I spend money on motorcycles. That makes the likely return from lottery tickets seem like an astute way to invest.

If offering a vaccine lotto gets more folks vaccinated, that's a good outcome and probably a good return on the money vs the cost of ongoing outbreaks.

The people who get over vaccine reluctance with money are easy to deal with. It's those that refuse it out of fear or some notion of personal freedumb that are trickier. Not sure what the carrot might be for those folks.

My old mom passed this morning from c19 after a month of misery. My stupid ass anti vax brother and his son are the prime suspects for her getting it.
Sorry to hear of your mothers passing. I hope you will find forgiveness for your brother. You deserve to have peace in your heart. Non forgiveness just eats at oneself and not others.

Oh my gosh so very sad and sorry for you Sir. My deepest sympathy and condolences to you and your family.

I'm sorry but I could not ever forgive anybody regardless of being family if they were a direct cause of another family members death. Some things cannot be forgiven. Murder, rape, child molestation, stealing being some of the few.

Sorry to hear this, Tenman. Not sure what else to say - this is tough to read. You have my condolences.
Very sorry for your loss.
Yup, and you can't fix stupid.
There's no shortage of ignorance up here in Canada as well.

Thanx to all for the condolences. Keep your guard up. Had words with my stupid brother today. He tried to sucker punch me. I sent him to the dr for stitches. Maybe he'll get vaccinated while he's there.
If we both make it to the Rally in SD, remind me to not piss you off.
