Same here, 68F this morning, so hardly counts! Took a short run around town. All the party goers were still in bed, so it was nice w/o traffic. :)

I rode south of Apache Junction, AZ, about 40F which is 20 degrees lower than normal. Put on 200 miles to start the new year off right!
See you soon, headed out today. Brief stop in Iowa.

-2 here this morning but what’s actually keeping me from riding is it rained here last week so my yard is covered in a very hard and slippery sheet of ice, it’s very dangerous just walking on it. I plan to put some sand on it and hopefully get the Goldwing out this weekend when it’s supposed to get up over 30 degrees.

40's today east pf San Diego. Did a 120ish mile loop....

I remember "back in the day" (late '80s) riding up in the hills on highways 78 & 79, and other smaller roads. Went through Julian, and Borrego Springs....ended up at the Salton Sea. Was on my ol' 550 SECA. I would love to do it on the Tenere. Was about this time of year. Went into the hills and it was warm; as soon as the sun sunk below the mountains...it got COLD.

About right. We did another 200 mile out and back to the Lookout roadhouse on highway 74 today. Was cold along the coast and not bad inland. If you make it out this way, ping me and we do old hwy 80 out to borrego, up banner to julian for some pie. Good roads for the tenere!
