I think those are SW motech. Greg of WaspWorks discussed them early in his thread on AdvRider.

Yes, the only place I've seen them is Wasp's thread on advrider. He side they were evaluation units of SW-Motech's "Aero ABS" model. I've never seen them on Motech's site.

the ones in my picture didn't look that big from the front. Oh well. I want to run soft bags on the S10, and am looking for a sort of "Minimalist" rack to keep them off the tires

Since I have Dirt-Bagz that I use and like for both the Strom and DRZ, I hoped the mfg might do their simple racks for the S10, but they haven't returned my email asking about this and they haven't done a kit yet for anything bigger than the F800GS so they probably aren't interested. If one had any handiness around welders, it would be a simple fabrication job.

I might be able to help you with that. I was thinking about the same thing; I made my own rack for my Dirt Bagz on my KLR. Why? 'Cause I can bend tube and weld!

Sounds good... if you made a few sets, I'm sure you would have a few takers. I'm going to have hard bags on my S10, but I'd like a soft bag option, and if I can use my existing Dirt-Bagz with a ~$100 set of rack standoffs, I'd do both.
