A few years back, the city here used a different type of patch. It never completely hardens like in the past. So, when you're traveling over it, and especially if you're turning, it's actually moving underneath you. The tires aren't slipping/sliding, the patch is moving. Yeah, it sucks.. . . . A little farther down the road, the tar snakes were so slippery and soft that I thought I had both tires going flat. . . .
