Installed the SW-Motech "Pro" tank-ring.

Adjusted the "Bag-Side" of the locking system.

Fits the lines of the Tank pretty nice.

It just "Drops On" and it's locked solid!

Be sure to keep yer original fasteners for the gas cap for down the road if you remove this - pretty sure these things are what led to PO of my bike screwing up the tank - when he tightened the *too long* screws (used all long instead of 3 long and the rest of the short dress screws) he broke the gas cap surround in 3 places :/ - now I have a couple extra holes under there (epoxied over now) and a shiny new aftermarket cap LOL - oh and a buck fifty less in bank account :/

Yes.
I keep the originals in the box that the Ring came in.
If I ever remove the ring, it goes back in the Box and the original screws back on the Bike.

that practice sounds very familiar ;) 'Wish my bike's PO did that LOL - can't believe he actually ended up punching extra holes in the tank :/

A friend of a friend works for iron pony, a local motorcycle store and shop. I'd previously checked to see if my 2015 was on the brake switch recall and it wasn't at the time. She checked for me today since they've been adding vins, mine was listed.

Now just waiting for authorization and the ice to melt and I'll have a new front brake switch and potentially a reliable cruise control.

Bored, Episode 2.

Purchased some stickers online and covered up the fork protectors. Accidentally used a degreaser that's a lil too strong and the colors ran.

Tinted the wind deflectors to match my windshields too!

Yeah, mine is broken like that too :(

I've a Givi tankbag with quick release mount and it covers up the disaster underneath. I've priced a replacement surround and had a minor heart attack...

In other news, my Ten just hit 75,000km yesterday with a few more to go until I get back home tomorrow after another 4,000+ kms down in the South Island. It's been loving the brilliant roads both sealed and not :)
