Looks excellent. Very nice additions. I like the cargo nets and the visor organizer. I’ve been trying to think of a good place to keep my registration/insurance paperwork. I do remove my panniers sometimes. Right now I am carrying them in my wallet which I don’t like either.
I take my Drivers Lic, Insurance, Reg, and CCW made a few photocopies all on one piece of paper. That way I have one in each jacket I use , one in my handlebar bag, boxes etc etc etc. I just keep them in ziplock bags. Ive been pulled over 4 times with the copies and never had an issue.

I do it for our trucks too. But just one copy there.

Hmmm, Depending on the jurisdiction you are in. In Ontario, Canada (land of the not so free anymore) you must provide your original drivers license upon demand.

I’m not finding an easy spot to keep registration/insurance info on a naked bike. On the ES there ain’t much room under the seat. If I put it in a pannier or tank bag I might take those off at a motel or camp and forget they are in the bags.

I need to look closely at the under seat area, to see if I can get a vinyl pouch of sorts to store it in.

My drivers license always stays in my wallet.

Need the original here as well, but never been asked for it when I gave the paper.
I always have my original DL in my wallet. But one less thing to have to dig out when talking to the nice police officer.

I did the flat seat mod over the winter. Was finally able to go for a decent ride today to try it out. It was a nice improvement, well worth the effort.

Agree, when talking to the "nice police officer" talk nicely to the nice police officer.

Excellent pictures. Love the one under the tree in blossom.
Hard to beleive that was in a McDonald's parking lot.
690 miles for food:eek::eek:
Or maybe the food was just an excuse for a longer trip:p;):)
The food was excellent. Crawfish at the restaurant on the crawfish farm. Jumbo shrimp. Corn on the cob. Bread pudding.

It's worth the ride.

They are only open 12 weeks/year.

Installed a SAE power-port on the Dash, and one on the right side Pannier.

In addition to these items, I also got their 40" extension to get power to the back of the bike.

Their Battery Tap comes with a 15-amp fuse.
I used the Y-splitter to connect to the Battery Tap.

Installed the "O-40" Panel Mount on the Dash. Ran its cable into the Battery area and connected it to the Y-splitter.

Connected the 40" extension to the other side of the Y-splitter.........Used zip-ties to route it back so it exits out the right side, under the seat.
I can also tuck it completely under the seat if I'm not using it, and I don't want it dangling loose out the side.

I used the "O-20" Panel mount to electrify the right side Pannier.

Drilled Hole.

Easy Install for the power port.

I have a 2-port USB charger that connects to a SAE connector. I can run it up into my Pannier Lid Net to charge my Battery-Bank or my spare (work) iphone while I'm on the road.

Power-Port is just in front of my Tool-Box with the Pannier installed.

The SAE Ports are live from the Battery at all times.
If I want, I can plug my battery maintainer into the Dash, or the Cable sticking out under the seat.

Ooooh, nice, keep going.

Sounds like you have a few trips planned for the season.??
I'm going to London (On.) tomorrow, and all being well riding my my new '18 ES home, approx one hour.
I have a few things to add to my bike. SW Motech crash bars, three LED lights, an extra 12 volt socket outlet. I'm sure that you are aware the stock 12 volt socket is fused to only 2 AMPS or so, not enough to power a portable air pump. (Walmart $20.) of all places.
Dress warmly, cause it's still pretty cool out there.
Watch for gravel on the road as well. Tyres go hard below 7 C.
