Made the prototype of a soft pannier rack for the XT1200. Used 2mm ally checker plate and some Ventura bars that were in the " come in handy pile". Wanted flat surface for the tail bag to sit on. With all the Andy Strapz bags attached I can probably go away for 2 nights now

It's under the battery side cover. A white three pin sumitomo connector that looks like it has a plug connected to it, but there are no wires coming out of it. If you do a search there are many threads showing it. It is for the factory auxiliary lights to plug into.
Would this also be the location to find the aux light circuit connector on a ‘13 Gen1?

Latest farkle, lighted/light switch that I got from Jaxon. Easy install with the help from Jaxon, great customer support!

And the flea bay lights
Anyone know if these Lighted mirror mounted switches are still available from Jaxon? I dont see them on his site...

Thanks!

Took mine for a bath in a local creek crossing in the hill country of Central Texas...

and then played with the image taken by a friend...

Can you PM me some info about what back roads you were riding down in the Hill Country ? Off road / dirt roads. Thank you

Rode it for the first time in about three weeks. Adjusted the valves, Did the recall, New clutch, air filter, spark plugs, sinked throttle bodies, New throttle cables, that finally came in from back ordered. Put it all back together this morning and rode it 50 miles before work.
What a fantastic bike! Can't get enough of it. I've had the CO. set up to +55 for a few months and it has never run better.
I should have done that when it was new.
Now I just need to head for the Ozarks on a warm few days soon.

First ride in almost 2 months. Too short, but all good: Rehabbed new hip, cooperative weather, winter liners in, and newly flashed ECU. Not long enough time to fully evaluate the ECU, but definately smoother. Ready for Arizona in January!

I put my pig on a diet this week. Installed the yoshi. can I bought from panman here of the form and removed the center stand. For a total weight loss of 15lbs. Can't believe how much lighter and faster it feels. I don't notice the added weight of the crash bars, skid plate, trunk, and all the brackets that are needed. To me that's just bling!
