Added the Sargent seat set I traded a Touratech for, that came from an inmate that traded for the Touratech with another inmate. I think that's how it happened.... Looks great. Ride tomorrow. I have the same designed Sargent on my FJ-09. I like it a lot so I'm looking forward to the same on my S10. I did the flat seat mod but I need to add taller bumpers in the two front spots to remove just a bit of vertical slack.

Dropped it off at a local independent to have the valve clearances checked, he can't start it until the 6th but it's the only chance I've got to drop it off. I'll do the rest of the service myself.

Nothing major..... Had some rattling from the instrument cluster that was driving me nuts.... Replaced the rubber dampners and screws at the back, good as new.

I found I needed to tip it backwards a little by adding some packing to the lower fixings. Longer stainless bolts and 3x10mm nuts taped together with a wrap of black electrical tape.

Adde the new passenger lowering brakets for swimbo. As opposed to the old ones, these can be set in different positions.

These will be my next choice. Unless there is some screaming deal on something else. Like the Mitas E-07 Dakar I got for $90.
what happened to that front? odd wear/cupping not sure fully what that is. Looks like you got great milage out of it but still got well before the wear bars on it.

New rear tire. Mitas E-09 Dakar. Replacing a Mefo Super Explorer with 5k miles on it.
