What upper hoop is this?

Looking at a bike on cycle trader. I haven't seen this style hoop on one before. Looks a bit more robust than the factory one.

Id take it over the factory loop that is for sure. Just hit their website. They make an adapter to fit their loop on factory guards. So that's a good option if the S10 I end up with has the factory setup.
