what size torx do i need

Hello everyone. I am in the process of stripping the bike to install my cruise control and ran into a problem. i need to know what size Torx screws are holding the rear luggage platform under the pillion seat. i have everything else taken off and i cannot proceed until these are off. I had a T20 and it just spins in the head. I also don't want to deal with buying multiple sizes and returning the ones i don't need. That being said any help is appreciated.

Go to Harbor Freight and buy a set. You'll be glad you did later and they are very reasonably priced.

Get the security set. They have a hole in the middle.

I believe it is a 40 or 50 from the security set.

You just need the correct size

I got a security set from advanced auto parts years ago and have had no issues with them.

Hey all. I figured it out. The correct size torx to remove the 4 bolts that hold down the luggage rack under the pillion seat is a T30. I now have one in my tool case. Thanks all.
