What needs to be inspected immediately on these bikes?

I'd second tire pressures and simply checking each bolt the delivery person had to touch, to make sure they are tight.
If you need tools quick or cheap, there's a Harbor Freight in McMinnville. 1201 NE Highway 99W suite c-2, McMinnville, OR 97128

Don't forget to adjust the rear brake and clutch to what fits for you. iirc you can do each with the bike's sucky toolkit.
A cheap 20$ toolkit from HF might be a good way to avoid bringing tools and doing a quick once over before the long ride indeed!

When I picked up my bike new at the dealer they had not located the tab on the lower left fork properly in the slot on the plate/spacer that holds the front ABS sensor. As a result I suffered an ABS malfunction light as I left the dealer's lot. Evidently if this tab/slot assembly is not properly aligned the plate can rotate with the wheel, ripping the sensor off the end of the cable. At least this is what the tech found when I turned around and rode it straight back to the service department. They pulled a new sensor & cable from another Super Tenere they had on the showroom floor and replaced mine, but I had to wait another day to pick up the bike. Also check the routing of that front ABS sensor cable. There's a little wire bail down there that is designed to keep the cable away from the brake rotor. Even after the repair I found the cable was still not properly routed. Since the front wheel is installed by the dealer this is a detail they are responsible for.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I made it down the coast with no hiccups except a couple of weird stalls while blipping the throttle revmatching... Maybeit's just some growing pains, but my goddamn Ducati does this too. Got over 800 miles on her now so I'm already past due on the break in oil changes but I had to run to NY for the weekend. Will do Oil, Filter and Final drive tomorrow along with checking the spokes. I ziptied them as suggested for the ride down and had no issues. Never embedded IG before. Not sure if this'll work.

Yeah, the super-t doesn’t take too kindly to its throttle being blipped, especially while still new and tight.

I was wondering if that was the bike you were speaking of... I'm assuming this was purchased at Sublimity Power Sports. I personally really like the desert sand and am responsible for about 7 of the miles that bike had on it. Price was great on it! Congrats.
