Took off one of my side cases today and found this holding the OEM sad case rack on. I didn’t know anything about this when I bought this bike. It doesn’t look like specific. Where can I buy one?37F99F12-D8C6-4EA8-BBC8-4D58F8099E56.jpeg

It's just a torx bolt and you need a torx bit with a hole in the end to remove it. Easy to find in a good tool shop.
They probably used those bolts in the hope that it is a little harder to remove/steal

Not sure if you have Auto Zones in TX but they have a Duralast socket set of these in the popular sizes for about $15.
Funny thing is that nowadays if mechanics hand tools and accessories are not made in the US or Japan the third place runner up is
now Taiwan.
