Sure looks like a Virginia inspection sticker on the fork. That suggests it's been running around this area for the last 3 months.

Guzzi arrived at shop today. Looks good. Took it for a ride.. it was nice but no WOW. Windshield is for decoration, there's very little weather protection. Just to keep things interesting ABS light stayed on. Sure is purdy though.....

The ABS was simply a matter of being switched off and learning how to turn it back on. Rode it again today and decided to pass on it. Nice bike actually a really nice bike but somehow just not the one for me.

It's supposed to be a sport touring bike, a bit more oriented toward the sport end of the range.

It feels more like a naked bike. Sport touring as in FJR, RT or, RS, Ninja 1000, or Super Duke GT? All have much better weather/wind protection. In fact so does the Super Duke R. Those flaps on the tank make absolutely no difference. Sort of a cute gimmick. I want to like the bike. I was shocked by how blah I felt both times I rode it. Engine is nice as is shaft final drive. What can I say, we've all gone to the restaurant and ordered something we thought we'd like........

That's too bad about the blah experience, because I really like the swoopy transition from the tank to the fairing. Italians definitely know a thing or two about designs that appeal to the eye.
