Uneven pad wear

Just pulled the trailmax tires that came with my 2014 I bought in October. Over 8000 miles, but I don't know how many miles they had before

I looked at brake pads and all three sets are wore very unevenly. One pad is pretty much done and the other has hardly any wear.

I put 3 sets of pads on my 2012 over 75000 miles and never had them wear this uneven.

Sounds like you need to overhaul your callipers, maybe you have a couple of sticky pistons?

On the front, the inside pad on both calipers have always worn quicker than the outside, eyeball guess about 30% more wear. If I remember, I swap them over. This wear pattern has happened on the OEM and EBC pads.
Rears wear roughly the same.

Note - I clean my calipers properly, about every 8-10k miles.
