Quick question: is there a ‘void’ underneath the rear passenger seat to store/mount radio equipment. I remove the seat and there seems to be an empty space beneath the plastic panel. Can anyone confirm this and how to access it without resorting to a knife/hacksaw? Thanks.

There is a shallow space under there. The tip over sensor is under there. Some disassembly involved to get under there.

I've struggled for space to fit an Autocom and a radio, I've looked under the pillion seat but there's next to no space between there and the under tray.
