Touring the Great and Terrible Sonoma County Fire(s) of 2017

Monthly I take a forty mile round trip on Enrico, the Yamaha to a favorite coffee roaster in the next county to stock up on some whole bean blends. Yesterday was my first trip since the fires raged through our area.

LOL, that's his spot. Nice place to hang out and drink coffee on the patio.
I'm not sure I want to see the area so soon afterwards. Though Turkey Dinner will take me through a part of the burn on my way to Napa.

Rode this today. Got a late start and did not go to Putah Creek Cafe. Stopped at Turtle Rock and had coffee, hot dog (Costco), and conversation with Maxine (bartender) and Kim. The roads were surprisingly clean, smooth and as fast as you wanted. New tires helped make the ride smooth.
