You should read the article below referring to the Corvette….it is easier to understand the inflationary component “speculation”……so as not to always blame inflation on the expansive monetary policy….Later, when the years go by and it is discontinued the Corvette for “lack of demand”…..if you start to review the true causes, you will find the culprit….The typical thing in these times of inflation…”bankrupt factories and millionaire merchants/intermediaries”

Within a couple of years, you are going to see more of these CF 800 on the street… than those of traditional brands. Here it is already happening, but of course... the price difference is an abyss... u$43,500 gs850 vs u$17,000 CF Moto 800 Adv

And u$ 10000 in USA?? For a 800?

700 Tenere didn’t even get on the list ! I did see someone riding one down in Arkansas last week, that’s the first time I ever saw one besides the one I saw in a dealers showroom up in Canada last year.

The CF Moto thing is already happening. My dealership showroom is full of bikes: all CF Moto. It has a few Yamaha dirtbikes, about a dozen UTVs. They said that most o the time, the Yamahas are sold before they even arrive. The problem is that the supply chain is still not what it was, hence, the CF Motos.

I haven't seen a T-7 in the wild either but I'm not surprised since I never see a T-12 either.

And isn't that where the small GS gets its motor? I can't keep track of who's supplying engine to who.

CFmoto;s a good value! With my KTM 790 ADV R i had to pay for the extra feature QS, Cruise, etc! Wish it was available back when I got my KTM.

Yeah, it I was going to pay for bike with the CFMoto engine, the one that has CFMoto on the tank is the I would go for. Paying KTM prices for a CFMoto engine just ain't quite rite.

Personally, I found the F850GS to be unrideable. I was so impressed with my wife's F750GS that I expected to really like it.

Instead, I made it to the first intersection on test route, turned around, and was back in less than 3 minutes. Instantly knew it wasn't for me.

Side note, the dealer then gave me a GS 1250 to test ride. Loved it. Return from that ride and just said, 'OK, I understand now.'

BMW taught them how to do things more or less well...and now?...they did what you taught them, but they sell it much cheaper (BMW gs 850 vs LONCIN Voge dsx 900)
