Why in the hell are tires so expensive in Mexico?

Are they even more expensive in Mexico than here in USA ? My experience buying tires in Canada was a little cheaper than USA .
Seems like just about anything for a motorcycle is crazy high priced.

I'm not seeing a list of sizes or any list on page 9. Search is not helping me at all

I'm looking to get a pair of TMM in Oaxaca. They only have the front in the 100/90-19.

Anyone had any issues with the smaller tire? Is it wide enough to fill the rim well?

A couple seasons ago during covid I could not find the OEM sizes for the S10.
I used a 100/90-19 front, and a 140/80-17 rear in the Mitas E07-Dakars.
No issues running either the full distance, and they fit the OEM wheels just fine.

Installed? Or just the tires? They are about $450.00 a set uninstalled from American Moto Tire.

Just ordered a new set of Dunlop TrailMax Mission tires from Revzilla for my Super Tenere, with tax and using $19.46 in previously earned Zilla cash the total delivered price came to $439.78 which i believe is $53.77 more than I paid for a set a little over a year ago. I had to call and talk to someone in order to get that price

New set of Dunlop TrailMax Mission tires arrived today, I probably won’t be installing them until sometime in May, the old set currently only has 15,000 miles so I’m thinking they should last another 5,000+ miles
