Obviously Chris' is the way to go for safety, but can't the rubber ones be sleeved with some reinforced hose to avoid movement and then fit the cap...if movement is the issue?
No.
I'll take a flexible stem over one that is stiffened and pulling harder on the seal.

I had tire pressure like the one on the rubber stem and I had leaks, but looking in to the different vendors I found out a kit that is probably what you are looking, I bought them and have 1000 mi already with no problem, it might work.

They are not expensive and mount in the rim and no cutting, easy to install. The one I got it works OK

That's a far stretch Bob. A flexible stem is never going to be as reliable as a solid one when you have rotational mass bending it back and forth with a heavy TPMS on the end of it.

As per instructions of Garmin TPMS:
"The Tire Pressure Monitor System is for use with metal tire valve stems only. Installation of the Tire Pressure Sensors on non-metal tire valve stems may cause tire and/or tire valve stem damage which could result in serious personal injury or death."

I figure the smart thing is to follow the manufacturers instructions.

Robs model is connected to the battery that is a huge advantage to me BUT I'm gonna try both and resell the one I dont like/prefer :)

I was thinking of a loose sleeve CW. Maybe half a mm less than tight in height and the same in width, not tight to the surfaces. One that restricted the movement of the heavy cap in each direction but did less to exert force on the fulcrum if you can picture that.

I would think Chris' valves were ideal though and well thought out for emergencies too.

Cannot have the tyre pressure sensors here though...Gone in 60 seconds...

The problem I had with the sensor mounted in the tap of the stem is that I started to get leaks and the valve got stock a couple of times, also it is being said, that the rubber stem when gets old it my brake and if you are in the middle of nowhare you can have some hard time, so I decided to replace it with the one like I show in my order! It got installed when I replaced the tires and so far no problem!

Stems are a fair bit tougher than than some folks are giving credit for. The stem itself is lined for most of it's length with a brass pipe that is a continuation of the threads, it's where the two different materials are bonded. Almost all car rims have the stem jutting out to the side and they hold up just fine. A few grams centered on the tip of straight up stem shouldn't be an issue at all. The inside the rim sensors sure are a clean way to go. Automotive sensors are definitely making 5 years, some as much as ten. The batteries in the sensors are not usually replaceable.
