For a brand new 2020 S10, 3 weeks wait for an all one black though.
Managed to get £5500 trade in and picked a decent 70 plate registration plate so pretty happy,
Tips for running in?

Congratulations on your impending new bike. . . . but, can you translate that into Yankee English, please?
Sorry here in UK the reg number changes twice a year, September 1st saw the 70 plate so our registration plates on new bikes /cars would be in the following format XX70XXX where the X can be any letter normally chosen by the dealer on registration, clear as mud lol

I didn't know there was a 2020 model in black...I thought there was only the ceramic ice with blue rims. Is that a UK specific model?

Wow, that looks nice with the red trim, and it looks way better than the ceramic white one. I've never seen that color on any of the stateside models. Is that an ES model?

Cool!! It sure is nice to get a big upgrade without tradeoff of "learning curve" on a new model. These super Tenere's are really solid machines (as you already know). As far as break in I personally use the owners manual method and do a lot of oil changes with mineral oil to seat the rings. Living in the UK salt air is hard on bikes. You made a great choice. Enjoy your new bike!!
