It's pretty obvious that since the announcement of the ST to the US market on September 1 things have gotten a bit busier around here. We officially beat August's numbers yesterday as far as number of unique visitors go.

Hopefully it's less lonely around here from now on. ;)

Those stats are impressive. :) I'm really pleased that the site is finding its true potential.

I've been keeping an eye on the names/emails of who is joining up, and so far they all look pretty legit. If bots/spam become a problem I can tighten things up in a number of ways to prevent it. We haven't had a single spam post yet (knock on wood).

Here's an interesting stat...

I was all hot and bothered about the new Trumpy XC800 :

Well once the final pricing here in USA & the component makeup of the XC was shown and finalized
the final bike wasn't near what I thought it should be nor priced where I thought it should be.

So...I ordered the new S-10 -- went back to the Trumpy 800 forum and told them I was leaving for obvious reasons for the S-10
(*note - I had the most posts inside of 3 months I was on the site - 2 months even??*)
Told them I was jumping ship for the Yammy
There were so many other folks that were in lock step with me moving towards the S-10 too.
Many MANY of them are considering the Yam S-10. Amazingly the Trumpy is very costly here and across the pond.

With what you hafta order to get the stuff already on the Yammy in base model - there just isn't any way I was gonna dump that much $$moo-lah$$ @ an 800 cc.

So ------- me thinks I made the right choice.

C'mon May : you can't get here quick enough

Have they released USA pricing for the XC yet? I checked their website and it's not listed. I'm curious what it is coming in at.

I agree with you though, I have a 1050 now, and as much as I love the triple motor I'm not going to drop down to an 800cc. I would go for nothing less than the 1050 I have right now.
