I told the guy that was too much for me. He ask if I had priced one since Covid
I think he added all the “fees” because he thought he could get it. It will be interesting to see his prices in 6 months when supply improves

Screw covid. I don't know your relationship with this dealer, but look at the sticker. He's charging twice for title and registration. $1,500 for shipping . . . . that's on him. Set up $1,200 . . . . even at $100/hr, it took him 12 hours to get this bike ready?! And what in the wild ass f**k is "WE OWE"? I would have walked out. And, maybe, not too quietly.

He told me some guy from Ms. put a deposit on it and backed out. I ask if he got his deposit back. He said he will get it back when they sell the bike. WTF

This is what normally happens with the motorcycle when the brake is applied inside the curve, the motorcycle tends to rise due to inertia and change in the trail angle…..and the turning angle decreases. (when he saw that he couldn't take the curve, he got scared, hit the brake... and it got more complicated)

Interesting this dealership believes making their customer feel screwed over is a good long term business strategy. Even if you're getting desperate because Yamaha has been slow in getting you inventory, making up exorbitant fees rather than being straight forward about the situation does not encourage understanding.

I would much rather say I'm helping a good dealership stay alive in rough times, as opposed to they bent me over and...

Once again I'm reminded how fortunate I am to be friends with the leadership of two extraordinarily well run dealerships.

Absolutely. I got my bike for $1k below msrp + t.t.l.. Guess where I'm going to go for parts and service? Not somewhere like the above dealer.

Worst thing with AI is its making people trust it too much because it does your work for you. The quality of the work is another thing altogether. They almost totally rely on it in recruitment.

I've dealt with this and unfortunately it's true.
If you really want to screw up a car actually on autopilot (which actually is not often when off highways), put a nice realistic big red stop sign on your back. It's one of the things that are high on their of things necessary to recognize.

They've also been tricked to speed up.
