My dad often spoke of the thousand bomber raids flying over Holland as he was a teenager, that must have been incredible considering the thunder from only two of them! And I misspoke in an earlier post, the Canadian built Lancasters had Packard Merlin engines, not Allison. Fascinating history.
My dad was with me when we went for the ride in CGVRA, it was the last day I spent with him as he died of heart attack a few months later.

Thanks to NavyNuke for the idea, we introduced 8 week old Samantha to the bike last night.
