Hi Folks,
Just giving you an update on the new TFX Suspenion,I wanted to put some miles up first before given an honest review if its worth the upgrade/money or not.
The bike is a 2012 super ten.with a 160.000km,i live in Ireland with bad roads,Ive traveled up to Norway 3 times direct loaded with camping equipment and all over Europe including stunning Scotland.
The last 2 years i noticed the rear end was bottoming out slightly when i was going over small bumps then it progressed without the camping equipment so i went on the internet with my engineers hat on:) to find a replacement.
It was down to Ohlins and TFX.
So i compared between the two,at first i had my mind set on Ohlins (no explanation needed),the only thing was Ohlins was discontinued
so i researched TFX a little more.
The TFX spec. is much better then the discontinued Ohlins also the preload adjusted has 15mm (sold separately)
See pic below.
All i can say is wow, what a difference, its totally transformed the bike.
I cant recommend it enough, well worth the money,i also purchased the preload adjuster.
I emailed them and gave them my make, model, weight and weight with luggage and they setup everything including high and low speed damping.
I was dealing with Hans-Dieter Fischer a great guy, have a read up on google reviews you wont be disappointed.

I’m sure an upgrade of the front would make a difference,I might look at it in the future,I need a weak moment with a visa in the hand I rebuild the forks every 2 years regardless of mileage.
It’s a great bike
