Although a full report will have to wait for a long day in the saddle, my initial short rides on my Terry’s seat are positive! Except for noticing that it’s comfortable, I don’t notice it!

Hopefully, after the first 500 mile day, I’ll feel the same. Nicely made seat!

I bought a used Airhawk, and after a SS1000, the seat wasn't on the top of the list of things to modify (I bought Bose QC20 headphones the next day).

I came off a Kawasaki Concours, and almost went to an FJR. Not once did I question my decision to go to a S10. Wish it had cruise, though. I found myself creeping close to speeding ticket territory (88mph) on the open road...
Buy the McCruise plug and play kit. Works great.

I'm thinking serious about a McCruise. I thought you had to splice the ECU wire. Not real keen on splicing there.
Mine you had to pull some wire pins out of one or two connectors and install them into another.
There was no cutting or splicing, everything plugged in. I think the new kits you don’t even have to change pins around.
If you were doing a valve check it would be a great time to add it because your removing all the same parts for access.

I tried a Saddle Man, sent it back, Enough said. I went with the russel day long seat. I said it before, did a 7k trip and for the first time did not use any Advil. With that said, There is another contender that I would consider. Terry's custom seats out of Tennessee. He is cheaper and from what I understand you can keep your seat till the new one arrives. Then you send in the old one. He would have saved me money on shipping as well. I live in NC. Hope you get what your looking for. Comfort.
I have a Terry Adcox seat on my concours14, love it. I DO 3K week long rides never had a need to get of the bike due yo pain.

Wow , talk about bringing back an old thread.
Personally I won't ride long distances without my Moto Skiveez, doing a 1-2hr ride no big deal but any more then that the Moto Skiveez go on, no matter what seat the bike has. It is night and day the difference. #1 mod over anything else.

I've been looking at these for a while. Which did you go with, the ADV or Cruiser style?
I have an RDL seat (love it!) but after multiple 10 hour days the soreness kicks in no matter what seat you have and these drawers seem like they could mitigate that.

I have a couple pairs of the ADV ones and they really work well. I was first introduced to these type of under garment while mountain biking and when I came across them for motorcycles it was a no brainer. You cannot appreciate them till you use them, its the only way to rack up miles after miles with a BIG SMILE. They breath, they do not bundle up so saddle sores and sweaty ball sacks, what is that????

Been using RDL for about the last 5,000 miles and other than being a little to tall I’m loving it, but it’s definitely not as good as my stock from the factory Goldwing seat.
