This is my 3rd Super T and each I have I wanted to install a T-rex skid but between exchange rate for us snow Mexicans, shipping to Yukon made the total cost steep. Well, I made the plunge and placed the order. Skid plate arrived today, easy install, excellent detail and fit- great product with excellent protection and the oil filter access makes it more than swarthy the extra $$

Not sure if it would have made a difference but I just contacted them and said they have a dealer in Vaughan, VOS motorsports. Have not had a chance to follow up with them though.

Tried installing one on my 2017 and the oil filter cover was to close, wouldn't fit . Did everything to adjust it forward but it wouldn't go. Going to send it back. I am using the stock Yamaha oil filter.

I had no problem with the skid plate, the oil filter cover hit the oil filter, wouldn't go on, needed a little more room. I am using the stock Yamaha oil filter, didn't think it would be a problem. I moved the skid plate as far forward as it would go. I liked the product, sorry it didn't fit. I didn't feel like working on it to make it fit. They need to add a little more relief to the oil filter area.

My fitment sucked on a 17 but the oil filter clears.

Must be what I was supposed to do instead of suffering.
We put one of these on my buddy's 2013. No big sweat install, clears filter. Looks to be great protection.

Did first oil change today no issues.
I ordered the crash bar skid plate combo. The skid plate hit the bottom of the engine and wouldn’t mount. I called them about a return and questioned where their skid plates were made. They told me in the US. I ordered another skid plate from them because of the oil filter access door. Upon its arrival I found this sticker on the bubble wrap.

Just got my combo unit, I hope mine goes on with no problems. Will try to get to it next weekend and report back. Oh mine did not have the same 'made in' sticker.

Got my skid plate on this weekend from T-rex waiting on another production run of the crashbars, only issues I had with the Skid plate was on the left side rear mount being bent improperly, a hand sledge fixed the issue and had to go buy a bolt for the front, they sent a coarse thread instead of a fine thread bolt, not really any huge issues in my book

Have to go and find a bolt somewhere and take a sledgehammer to it.

Glad you were able to correct their mistakes but Sending the wrong bolts and bent brackets to some folks could lead to pretty major problems.
