I bought these used several months ago, and they work great! I am currently running Mosko bags on them so no hardware to mount hard bags. These are discontinued, I believe, but it looks like the bag specific bits to mount EVO or TRAX style bags are available. I sanded them down and painted them when I got them as they were shiny and I wanted a satin finish.
This pic is from the seller when I bought them. All the silver bits are black now and the finish is satin...
Here they are on my bike. The Mosko mounts stay with me. There will be some minute scratches where the mounts for the Mosko plates attach.
Comes with all the hardware and the instructions. These were sanded down and painted with Krylon Fusion All-In-One paint and primer, #2732 Satin Black. I also painted my AltRider Bash Plate and Crash Bars with the same, holding up great! The scuffs you see on the fronts are where the Mosko Moto bags slides onto the mount. Kinda unavoidable. As I said earlier, they work great! I'm changing to non quick release type rack as I leave my bike unattended for some periods of time in strange places!
