Ok. I'm trying this out. Mine were 10 out all the way around and 5 lines up front.

My question is more weight. With mods (bars, plate, aluminum panniers, tank bag, tail bag, tools, rain gear) and my and my riding gear (size 14 sidis weight 11lbs). I'm probably pushing 375lbs with panniers empty.

Obviously I need resprung,(maybe this winter) but for now what adjustments to rebound and dampening would be best?

The advice I was given by MCT was that once the forks are sorted you don’t need to touch them when adding weight just the rear shock. For my Nitron that mean adding 10 clicks on the preload

The PO had of my bike had installed a heavy duty Hyperco spring on the rear shock. Even on its softest preload setting the sag was only 1/4". It was awesome on smooth twisty roads but brutal on anything else. I swapped it for the stock spring and set it to the hardest preload and got the sag to within 6mm of perfect (6mm too soft). I weight 180lbs, so I know I'm at the upper limit for the stock spring.
I'm not really interested in swapping for another spring or full suspension upgrade, so I think I'm either going to add a 10mm-12mm spacer to give me adjustability in my preload, or throw on a Touratech progressive front and rear spring kit.
Do any of you have experience with the Touratech progressive spring set? Pros and cons? I couldn't find much on it searching the forum.

I can do a bar lock turn while dropping off of a 6" curb and the bike is as solid as rock. I can chase my R6 kid through curves, use all of my tire, and NOT touch anything on the ground and the bike feels solid as a rock. And I weigh over 300lbs. Stock suspension. What am I missing?

If memory serves correctly, you've got the ES and I believe it's spring rate is heavier than my Gen 1.
I don't recall where I read that, but pretty sure it was on here somewhere. I know for certain that the rear springs are non-compatible between generations.

Actually the ES uses a softer spring than the non-ES models. They partially make up for that with different linkage geometry but it’s still too soft for a 200+ lb rider in my experience.

Am i to understand that for the ES version, you cannot adjust Front and Rear sag separately?
Actually you cannot adjust the front sag at all. The ES function only adjusts the damping settings in the fork. You’d need to install different springs or spacers to adjust front sag.
