Super Tenere Rally Arkansas, 2020

Should the Rally be canceled, kept in April or moved to later, such as September?

everything is in flux .... Austin and travis county just issued a stay at home order , 16 days with out a job and for some that's more than a month with out making a dime ..... any body here knows what happens when folks get desperate..... that will not take long.

I am cancelling also, and planning to attend on the new date. I will reserve a tent site as the date gets closer, as those are not an issue.

I just called, and Debbie answered the phone, didn't expect that.

So far it's 15 to 2 to go for September. Labor Day on Sept 7 is the one holiday for that month. What weekends are better or worse for you all?
It could still be hot here in early September.
Late September is better.

Everyone stay safe and healthy, wish the very best to everyone and their families.

moving tis to the fall seems the thing to do , hopefully sanity will be in style again by that time . just start this process over with a new date . and I would think it would be late may or June before we are finished with the current crisis .

Just sent Debbie a message to cancel my room for the S10 Rally and Hillbilly Dual Sport the weekend before. The county I live is currently under a Shelter in Place order. I sincerely hope the world is in a better place to do this up there in the fall.

I think we should leave the names of attendees up. This shows who is interested and hopefully can make it at a later date.

Left a message at Marble falls. No call back , and they never answer their phone for me.

I also called yesterday (3/26) to cancel with my apologies. Had to leave a message plus I sent an email about a week ago.
Hope we can reschedule for a later date.

Why reinvent the wheel. I think it would be nice to keep it the same. Both for us and the owners.
I think so too. It would be great to see this area in the fall. If we get too late though, snow can be a problem getting there.

FYI, Top Ten has (1) used the Marble Falls web page to send a message on 25 March 2020 to cancel, and (2) left a voice mail to cancel on 27 March 2020. Haven't heard anything back yet. I'll give it some time. Sorry, guys. This whole COVID-19 thing sucks.

I both called and left an email that our group is postponing till Fall. Spoke with our food guy James, who speaks with Debbie regularly, and said he would also let her know. James said that there's not much open in the whole area at this point and that most events are canceling all over the State.
