I too left a message and haven't heard back yet, I think they are probably quite busy.I'm impressed with everyone that's been able to cancel their reservation. Once the poll started, it was clear the event was not happening. I've tried to call during various times of the business day, sent a request from their website and left a message. So far, no contact.
Can't blame them. It has to be pretty depressing working the phones right now. All my attempts come with an apology. Easy to understand how much this situation sucks for them.
