I finally bought myself a vinyl cutting machine to deal with my sticker addiction, and designed these decals for my bike. I'm happy to make them for anyone else that wants any. $10 each, or $7 each if you order 4+ (price includes shipping via USPS). Available in white or black matte vinyl, and depending on the state they are about 4.5" square. Here they are on my bike, along with a few I've already made for other folks. IMG-6989.JPG

Somewhere years back I saw a "Super Duper Tenere" logo on a bike and it looked factory. I've lusted after it ever since.

It looks like you have the logo font sorted. Can you make a pair of "duper"'s in a color/ size/ font to match the stock logo? If so, and you take paypal, I'm in.

@jeffsilverz thanks for the question, and while I'm OK with manipulating elements of the Super Tenere logo to make something new, I'm not cool with just copying someone else's logo (even a huge company like Yamaha). Also, just FYI, the reflective material costs about x5 what the white and black does, so decals in that are more like $20 each.. but if you want something custom, let me know.

I'd be down for a Duper too if you can make them in the factory yellow gold reflective sticker.

Sure, that will be $30.

Ha, I know we all love reflective decals on our bikes, however, that material costs x5 of what the black or white cost.
I can do it, but you have to pay to buy the sheet of material.

I will take a "Not a BMW" in white.
Let me know if you prefer PP F&F for payment.

Good idea to not exactly copy Mama Yama's material, as they are pretty protective about their tuning forks and other other logos.

That said, there are slight style differences in your font. Don't know if that was intentional or would be enough for court but it does make your stuff satisfy the "unique artwork" requirement for avoiding infringement. Plus, it looks like your offering is not a profit motivation.

I'm letting this go unless Yamaha weighs in with an objection.

Thanks @Checkswrecks , yeah, between laying these out, the material and the times it takes to peel the unwanted vinyl I think I'm paying each person $3 to take them ;-)

Anyway, yes, I drew all the objects in the design so that they are original and not copied, and honestly it would be a relief if someone made me stop. I have a bit of a sticker problem.

Real Time Industries has been selling FJR 1300 reflective rear bag stickers with the tuning fork logo https://www.realtimeindustries.com/fjr1300-reflective-rear-bag-decals/ to thousands of customers for the past 15 years. If you decide to offer a similar sticker for the Tenere I would purchase a set immediately.
