That looks good. Only problem is , it's in AU and I'm in turkey . I may take a chance and order it but will get stuck at customs..but if I can find it in USA I may have a friend bring it to me..

no affiliation - just have bought from him before - great retailer and all around GOOD GUY.!
I ordered a Kaoko from Adventurers three or so years ago and had no issues, but every so often a big thread will start on advrider about problems with this retailer. Most orders seem to go through fine, but a few don't and customer service is very spotty. I would order from this outfit again, but only if I had no other options.

I've installed a mix of Kaokos and Throttlemeisters on my last few bikes and they've all worked well, but overall I prefer the TM because of the nicer fit/finish and how precisely it adjusts. But I don't know if the TM is available yet on the S10.

If you're Okay with the Rube Goldberg contraption nature of the Vistacruise, it really is a pretty darn good cruise control and doesn't cost much. But I have no idea how hard it would be to adapt to the S10.

I've used the Throttlemeister in the past .... well made with faultless performance. Doubt they'd work on the Tenere though cos of the handguards.

well it seems like Kaoko is the only one has a product for ST. I have contacted them. its about 100$ plus shipping from south africa which is another $50 bucks. its all good but I am wondering if I have to pay additional duty charges at the customs or even if its going to clear customs at all..

I think the ThrottleMeister may be an option, but wonder if it would fit with the heated grips?

I doubt it. The Throttlemeister is a finial device that clamps right up to the grip/throttle tube. You can't use such a device with the handguards. I know it wouldn't work on mine as I've put R&G bar end sliders on the outside of the guards ..... cos they look sh*te as standard.

I sure wish the mfgs would wake up and just start putting a stock cruise control on these bikes. It's trickled down to be a standard feature on all but the cheapest cars, yet it is still something you can only get on very top-of-the-line touring bikes these days, mostly BMWs. With the fly-by-wire throttles, I would think it would just be software and some switchgear. I'm tired of buying expensive throttle locks on every new bike I buy that really don't do a very good job of holding speed.

Electronics is the new area of innovation on motorcycles these days and the Japanese seem very slow to realize this.

My GS had heated grips and handguards and the Kakao worked fine. You undo the handguard, then slide it aside, take off the end cap, put the kakao on, then put it back together. They should send you a new screw for the end cap to use that will have an extended length to go through the handguard, end cap, and kakao into the existing threads.

I agree, these bikes should also come with cruise. I had the cruise on my 1200 RT and loved it, when you set it at 85, you stay at 85. When I used the Kakao on my GS riding cross country, uphill rides lagged and downhill could get up to over 100 quickly.

I have installed Audiovox and Rostra electronic cruise controls on several motorcycles and plan on installing one on the SuperTenere this winter when the snow is flying again.
